You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning Case withdrawn. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not fulfill our obligations in accordance with § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in association with § 1 Sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB-business for you according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Consequences

In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received services from us and possibly towed uses (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. Use protective possibly an outer package. If you do not have the original packaging, please ensure a suitable packaging for adequate protection from shipping damage.
